Inner
chamber made of Stainless steel, outside mild Steel Powder Coated. The
gap between the two is filled with glass wool. Heating by immersion heater
placed in the chamber and cooling by sturdy refrigeration unit duly controlled
by Electronic Digital Temperature Controller Cum Indicator from 5°C to 90°C
with Sensitivity of ± 2°C. Front panel is provided with indicator lamp
individual switches for heating and cooling purpose.

TISSUE CULTURE RACK - ™
Construction: Racks are made of Square mild
steel pipes duly Powder coated paint for longer life
Racks: Each rack of size 48"x12" (depth) is
covered with thick unbreakable plexi glass Which are terminate and insect proof fire and weather
resistant. Distance between each rack is 15".
Lighting: Four Electronic fluorescent tubes (Choke less) are properly illuminated by diffused, glare free fluorescent lights are built in upper portion in worktable.
UV Germicidal Light: Are fitted inside the rack
Timer: 0-24 Hours ElectronicDigital Timers are provided of tissue culture rack.
Control Panels: All control panels are fitted
tops of tissue culture racks. On/Off switch of
fluorescent tubes and UV tubes. All control
panels are fitted separately with indicator light.
Easy Mobility: The whole rack is provided with
four nos. castor wheels at the bottom
This
complete package unit is provided to give clean air to any laboratory. Useful
where any hyper critical work has to be performed within minimum contamination
as they assure 99.97% removal of airborne particles as 0-3 microns in the work
area. The basic elements are pre-filters, heavy duty blower assembly; HEPA
(high Efficiency particular Air) filter (Absolute filter) fresh air is drawn
through the pre-filter and passes to absolute HEPA filter. Ultra clean air
moves horizontally in Laminar flow bench cross the work area at a velocity of
approximate 90; ± 20 feet per minute.
CONSTRUCTION : Basic
material is CRCA Sheet with powder coat finish filter seat is carefully
formed, installed and checked for leakage. Work table is made of S.S top and
side panels are made of 6 mm thick glass transparent framed in anodized
Aluminium angle frame. Blowers are fitted with 1/4 H.P. Electric Motor operates
with minimum noise and vibration. Suitable to operate on 220 Volts 50 Cy. AC
supply.
Complete with HEPA
Filters, Prefilters, Motor Blower, Manometer, Gas Cock, Transparent Acrylic
Sheet Front and Side Doors.
